We feed our calves in our own feedlot. When calves go into the feedlot there are no inplants or hormones fed to them. We can get calves straight from the pasture with no implants or hormones fed to them. We process whole calves, half calves, steaks, roasts, chili and hamburger meat, pork, sausage, dry sausage, dry sausage sticks, beef jerky, home-style weiners, slim willie's, and summer sausage. Sausage products come with or without jalapenos. In addition, we have been processing deer during season for more than 40 years.
