Home-style Weiners   Our weiners are made with natural sheep casings. They are smoked with natural wood and no artificial smoke. (click photos)




Beef Steaks   We feed our calves in our own feedlot.We put calves on feed for 60 to 120 days according to their weight. When calves go into the feedlot there are no inplants or hormones fed to them. Dry Ring Sausage   This is a Pork/Beef item which is stuffed in a natural hog casing and smoked with natural wood. Our delicious dry sausage can be made to order with or without jalapenos. (click photos)





Slim Willie's   Slim Willie's are made with all Beef. This Beef item is blended and stuffed in a collagen casing, smoked and dryed, to make it a ready to eat product. (click photos)
